My meticulous attention to detail lends itself well to implementing and developing effective work-based systems and processes/procedures, and I enjoy developing and implementing marketing and skills strategies that deliver real and measurable business results.

When I am not in work I love spending time with my little boy Alfie or I can sometimes be found trying to play golf at Dalbeattie Golf Club. I also love getting out in the fresh air and walking my three dogs Mac, Belle and Dexter.

For me, the customer’s experience is paramount, and I strive for excellence right through the customer’s journey. Whether I’m taking the lead on a project or working as part of a project team, I’m resourceful and adaptable – the only thing that matters is that we all pull together to work towards the goal.

When I am not in work I love spending time with my family. However, with my, now grown up, twin sons both recently working on cruise ships this does mean I have the arduous task of holidaying in whichever far flung part of the world they happen to be. Fortunately for them, me and my husband see our annual holiday as a ‘must have’ in our busy lives.

Hard working, organised, methodical and adaptable – I’m an experienced Client Service Manager with key skills in planning and account management. I take pride in my work and strive for customer satisfaction.

When I’m not at work I love to get away from it all and visit new places in my self-converted campervan.

Sally Gillies

Account Manager

As an experienced client service manager, I know how to treat my customers, and give them the high standard of service I’d expect as a client.

I have a son which takes up all my time outside work and we spend a lot of time in ice rinks as he is a netminder for our local junior ice hockey team. I also have my HGV licence as I have had a love of trucks from a very young age, so I like to drive when I get the chance.

I love working in the telecoms industry – it’s in a constant state of growth and advancement – and I’m always open to opportunities that allow me to keep my knowledge right up to date. This helps me deliver the very best solutions to my customers efficiently and on time.

Outside of work, I love nothing more than being with my husband Chris and our daughter Grace. We can usually be found out with our dog Murphy or enjoying a coffee and cake date. I am also a regular at Fairy Bod Mother Dumfries, attending classes or lifting those deadly weights!

I pride myself on my work ethic and professionalism, I’m very self-motivated and have an ambition to succeed for myself and my clients.

When I am not at work I enjoy keeping fit, catching up with friends over dinner (feat. wine of course), or am busy ticking another destination of my bucket list.

Gemma McKnight

I’ve acquired in-depth knowledge in business telecoms across the board and experience in stock management and control. I have a passion for providing first class customer service and a great eye for detail.

Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my wife and kids and regularly go to gigs in Glasgow, most recently seeing Post Malone and Slayer (not on the same night).
