Thomas & Adamson is an international construction and property consultancy. With offices in Edinburgh, Glasgow, London, Manchester, Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Kiev, and Portland, the need for reliable communication tools and innovation is vital for delivering quality service to clients. Tom Brennan is the Associate Practice Manager at Thomas & Adamson and holds responsibility for the day to day running of the business communications.
With over 130 staff, many of whom are out on construction sites for several days or continuously on the move, Tom’s key challenge is to ensure that everyone has unbroken mobile access to voice, email and data irrespective of location, to maintain contact with the office and clients at all times. The Company’s previous contract was direct through a network operator. Tom and his team found their devices weren’t providing the functionality required to meet their business needs and network coverage was becoming more and more important.
