We offer a fully transparent credit fund to our customers, issuing credit notes and a regular statement of account. It can be used as either an airtime fund (to cover some of your monthly bill), a technology fund (to purchase equipment like phones) or split between both. At contract end, we’ll pay you back any balances to boost your bottom line. If it’s phones you need, we’ll help you identify the most suitable device and then let you test it first.
Management & Support
Your 8020 Account Manager works with you right through your contract to make sure everything is running smoothly. They’ll stay in regular contact with you, providing ongoing advice to keep your bill low and ensure your phone users are getting the most from their devices. That means monitoring your account and users closely, highlighting non-usage, providing tech support and advising them on things like useful apps.
